Recurring yeast infections happens to the majority of yeast infection sufferers. I remember reading that once you have one you are open to getting more and more. In fact most experience recurring yeast infection frequently or once a month or a few times a year.
You don’t have to suffer from recurring yeast infections though. You may feel like you have tried everything and just have to live with it. You may have tried wearing cotton-only panties or making sure you don’t over wash. All that advice is rubbish! The reason that your yeast infection is still about is simply because you haven’t treated the underlying cause. It isn’t your fault. When you go to the Doctor’s they prescribe some cream and maybe some pills. What these do is clear up the symptoms of a yeast infection and not the underlying cause. That cause pretty much stays there until you do something about it, and thus results in recurring yeast infections.
So what is the cause of your recurring yeast infections? Simply put it is your high-fat diet. Even if you think you don’t have a high fat diet, I urge you to take a good look at what you are eating. Do a food diary if you must. A diet of 10% is what you need to aim for, so to do this you need to cut down your consumption of fatty foods. Meat is a highly fat food so you may even have to cut this down to a few times a week.
There are many programs out there to help you tackle the dietary aspect of your yeast infection issue and overcome recurring yeast infections for good. Be careful though.
