So many women suffer from female yeast infections and when you have one, you usually get another and another. However, despite the guidance given, many if any at all, struggle to overcome their yeast infection for good.

Female yeast infections leave you feeling tired and rundown, they make you feel uncomfortable and are embarrassing, yet a LOT of people suffer from them.

Now you aren’t getting them because you aren’t wearing cotton underwear and you aren’t getting them because you eat too much sugar. Avoiding sugar may help to alleviate symptoms, but cotton underwear will do nothing for you.

The real reason for your recurring yeast problems is that you are eating a high fat diet. Most Westerners do. It is common to be overweight, it is common to down grease-laden foods and it is normal to use fat on even healthy food we eat like salads. Fat is addictive. It numbs us from emotions we would rather not feel and it is the cause of your yeast infection.

Now fat does this because it is very hard for your body to digest. As a result of this it remains in the blood for a long period of time and acts like an oil slick. Anything else that enters can’t move out and safely to your cells until the fat is digested. This means that after a fatty meal, if you eat anything sugary (which we often do in the form of dessert and which is usually fatty too!) it will get stuck in the blood. This creates a dangerous situation for you. You get a high blood sugar level. Your body deals with this with Candida microbes. These naturally live in your blood and when your blood sugar gets high, as in this situation, the microbes eat the sugar to bring your levels down to a safe level. The more sugar, the more they multiple.

This is perfectly natural and normal but in this situation it is because of too much fat. If you are constantly on a high fat diet, you can either cut out sugar and continue to feel tired or sluggish. Or cut out fat, resolve the underlying cause to your female yeast infections and get your energy and love for life back.
